The PME course is for the second and fourth year students of the university’s baking innovation and management degree program. The second year is required to take the PME royal icing course, and the fourth year is to choose the PME sugar flower or PME paste course chosen by Teacher Carol. Not only can you improve your professional ability with two kinds of cake arts and crafts.
There are also fourth-grade students who come to Carol's studio to study the third course and get a Master certificate to improve their professional ability.
PME approval to take Five Star Sugar Artist courses at Taipei City University of Science and Technology will allow students to have more comprehensive cake decoration skills and knowledge.
