Our school in Enfield, is one of the largest independent cake decorating schools in the UK and regularly attracts students from all around the globe. Our team of highly talented teachers include International authors, contributors to magazines and gold medal award winners. Our school program offers a wide variety of traditional and modern cake decoration skills and techniques, providing courses for beginners, enthusiasts and the professional cake decorator. We are the home of The PME Professional Diploma and the exclusive and elite Five Star Sugar Artist.

Our large air conditioned classroom ensures that students have plenty of comfortable working space in a bright open plan environment. The classroom is fitted with a large tv screen and video camera to ensure that all students get excellent visual information during the classes. Our school in Enfield is also an International Teacher Training Seminar location for the PME Professional Diploma Courses for those trade customers wishing to undertake the Diploma within their own business.

Our onsite car park provides ample free parking space and is able to accommodate both coaches and cars and we have disabled parking also available.

Our school is supported with our retail showroom for your cake decorating shopping needs and all within easy reach of transport networks. In Enfield we are approximately a 15 minute walk from Brimsdown Train Station and within easy reach of London's Stansted, City, Heathrow and Gatwick Airports.
